What is emotional freedom technique (EFT)?

EFT is a simple and profound method for helping the body, mind, and spirit work together in improved harmony. Developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, simply stated, it is a unique version of acupuncture except you don’t use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips.
